All orders are shipped via DHL Express or UPS with a tracking number.

Payment

For bank transfer payments, after your place your order, you will receive a confirmation of payment. Please send that to our team.

Returns

Refunds are not applicable to web orders. Exchanges are valid only for damaged or incorrect items received.

To return your item, please email……………….within seven days of delivery and include photos of the damaged or incorrect items. If seven days have passed following a confirmation of delivery, we will be unable to offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in.
